I will start by saying that I am extremely happy with the house! The materials, finishes and overall quality of construction are excellent (even my inspector was very impressed with the level of construction!). The floorplan of the house is great -- it has the open layout that I was looking for, maximizes the livable space of the house, and I really appreciate the back hall mud room which is very useful in the Michigan winters.
